Hemp Milk Smoothies – Easy to make, nutritious and delicious!

My favorite smoothie is made with hemp milk, oranges, bananas and blueberries but I encourage you to try other fruits. Normally I make my hemp milk by blending 1 part hemp seeds to 4 parts water with just a touch of honey. But for my smoothies, I juice 3 oranges and blend that with about a 1/4-cup of hemp seeds. Next add a banana and a handful of blueberries … a tablespoon of Elderberry syrup adds an extra boost for your immune system. Depending on how juicy your oranges are and how thick you like your smoothie, you may need to add a little water.

3 oranges, juiced

1/4 cup hemp seeds

1 banana

handful blueberries

1 Tbsp Elderberry syrup

hemp milk, to achieve desired consistency
