Super easy and quick Dark Chocolate Hemp Clusters

For a quick desert or a little added protein to your favorite type of chocolate, these are a great option.


Dark Chocolate Hemp Clusters Recipe

2 – 3 oz. Chocolate Bars (we used Theo Organic, Fair Trade 70% Dark with Coconut

2-3 tbs Toasted Almonds

2-3 tbs Hemp Seeds/Hearts

2 tbs toasted coconut (or for a quicker recipe, use chocolate bars with coconut)

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler then add other ingredients.

Stir in almonds, hemp seeds and coconut.

Using a tablespoon, dollop onto wax paper or a non-stick cookie sheet. Refrigerate (or stick in the freezer) until they harden.
