Parmesan Hemp Crisps

Super easy low carb, high protein cracker substitute…

 

Parmesan Hemp Crisps

  • 4 Tbs Hemp Seeds
  • 4 Tbs Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Other seasoning (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Mix all ingredients, spoon on to cookie sheet and flatten. I like 1 Tbs size but could make smaller or larger based on preference. Bake until golden brown – approx. 10-12 mins. You’ll want to keep an eye on them as it’s easy to burn if you let in too long.

Great substitute for any cracker, especially if you’re wanting a no carb option!
